وإذا غـادة تـجـلّـت عـليهم***خـشـعـوا أو تـبـتّلوا تبتيلا

وتَـلـوا سـورة الـهـيام وغنّو***هـا وعـافـوا القرآن والإنجيلا

أكـثـرُ الناس يحكمون على النا***س وهـيـهات أن يكونوا عدولا

فـلـكـم لـقَّـبوا البخيل كريماً***ولـكـم لـقَّـبـوا الكريم بخيلا

ولـكـم أعـطَـوا الملحَّ فأغنَوا***ولـكـم أهملوا العفيفَ الخجولا

"A Thousand Splendid Suns is a breathtaking story set against the volatile events of Afghanistan’s last thirty years—from the Soviet invasion to the reign of the Taliban to the post-Taliban rebuilding."

A novel by the Afghani-born novelist Khaled Hosseini, most probably his name would be recognized by "The Kite Runner" movie, well I think " A Thousand Slendid Suns" is far more ,,, aah what can I say !! You have to read it to get what I feel about it.

The glimpse of the history of Afghanistan which Khaled provided in his novel, through the dramatic events and calamities that happened to, took place arround, the complex characters, Mariam and Laila. the way Khaled described the details of evens, the details of the streets and buildings, made me feel everything like I see, even the scene of the house of the teenage Laila expulsion , I didn't have to imagined what she felt, I saw it in front of my eyes, like watching a movie scene, not reading it.

Another thing that this novel made me feel it, is how much suffering the Afghani women went through.

I still have less than hundred pages to finish the novel but I couldn't wait till then to write about it.

ما هو أصعب قرار اتخذته في حياتك؟ والسؤال الأهم هل هو فعلاً الأصعب أم أن الأيام أخفت لك ماهو أصعب؟ هل ندمت؟ هل ستندم؟

كم أكره مُـفترقات الطرق خاصة عندما لا أملك أدنى فكرة عن الوجهة، القرار الصعب الذي من الممكن أن يقلب حياتك رأساً على عقب، بلا عودة!!. لا أدري إن كنت أكره تلك المواقف لأني لا أعرف إلى أين المسير، أم لأني أشعر بضعفي أمام نفسي لعدم قدرتي على حسم الأمور.

وضع الحلاق درهم بيد و25 فلسا باليد الاخرى

نادى الولد وعرض عليه المبلغين أخذ الولد ال25 فلساً ومشى

قال الحلاق: ألم أقل لك هذا الولد لا يتعلم أبداً…وفي كل مرة يكرر نفس الأمر

عندما خرج الزبون من المحل قابل الولد خارجاً من محل الايس ‏كريم فدفعته الحيرة أن يسأل الولد

تقدم منه وسأله لماذا تأخذ الـ25 فلساً كل مرة ولا تأخذ الدرهم ؟؟؟

قال الولد: لأن اليوم الذي آخذ فيه الدرهم تنتهي اللعبة..!!ـ

أحيانا تعتقد أن بعض الناس أقل ذكاء كي يستحقوا تقديرك لحقيقة ما يفعلون..‏.

والواقع أنك تستصغرهم على جهل منك فلا تحتقرن إنساناً ولا تستصغرن شخصاً ولا تعيب مخلوقاً

"Italy's AgustaWestland, a Finmeccanica company, Wednesday inaugurated Liatec's (Libyan Italian Advanced Technology Company) a helicopter assembly and maintenance factory at Abou Aisha airport, in the Tarhuna region about 60 km southeast of Tripoli in Libya in a joint venture with Tripoli at a cost of almost US$24 million dollars.

Liatec, a Joint venture stock company between the Italian giant company and the Libyan state incorporated in Libya and established through an agreement signed in January 2006 by the three shareholders, Libyan Company for Aviation Industry (50%), Finmeccanica (25%) and AgustaWestland (25%).

The new dedicated facility at Abou Aisha airport includes final assembly lines for single and twin-engine helicopters. The final assembly of helicopters expands on the existing maintenance and training activities performed by LIATEC, a new industrial entity aimed at improving and developing the aviation and electronic systems capabilities in the country."

semsem , my aunt , she's not living in Libya , we miss her so much, and she's driving me crazy because of her refuse and denial for technology. no email , messenger, facebook , she doesn't even wanna bother opening my blog by clicking on a link ,,, she's just like mum sometimes, acting like a little kid who fears water and asked to swim for the first time... fearing the unknown.

I've watchd a video about a russian baby who had Qur'anic verses that appeared on his body, he's a nine-month old boy named Ali from the Russian Republic of Dagestan

I've been through a lot lately , got sick many times , ending by chest infection , I feel lazy and depressed. but I'm glad to have these close friends who made it easier.

I miss going out , driving crazy, meeting friends. when doing all of this as the only available way of having fun, it became boring and nothing fun about it , but when I'm forced to not be able to do it for some time, it refreshes and revive the flavor of going out even for the same places.

This evening has been the engagement party for two of my friends, they looked pretty and nice today, and I'm so happy for them ^_^, and I loved the family, they were funny easygoing people, you feel comfortable being with them, I like that type of people (should I say type or kind??) , any way I enjoyed my time, looking forward to their wedding.

When nice things pops into my life and make a change, I'm happy!! and as long as these things are there , my happiness grows, until it reaches levels where it is in accompany with fear and the scare of loosing that feeling, aaaaah contradictions ,,,,, my problem is that fear is not a feeling in the background, I'm terrified as much as I'm happy, always under pressure, this night I tried crying that pressure out, didn't help!!

I believe me being happy and the fear of loosing it goes hand in hand, take it or leave it. At the end, I'm buying it, It's not easy for me to be happy !!

My post on the 1st of Feb last year , we meet people, some we like, some we fall in love with!! was inspired by Mrs. Khadija Ghomma , a teacher and a friend's mother.
Mrs Ghomma passed away Friday afternoon , It really made me sad hearing the news, somehow I wished I've met her sometime soon before she left us.

She was very patient teacher, friendly , with sense of humer, any one would enjoy her company. still I'm not able to believe it , when I'm sitting there in her house , I feel like she's going to appear from somewhere , I still remember the nice chat we had in my friend's wedding at the end of the Henna day, I'm glad I had it, since that time I didn't see her again T_T

It's like a magic word, we always feel the glee, if I choose the right word, for everything new, a new house, new car , new job, new family member or a new relationship...etc.

A new year came, I welcome it wondering what will it bring to me!! I honestly hated 2009, I hated the number, the events, and the weather. by the end of the year, everything changed, changes in my life, that got me life back, I'm feeling the air I'm breathing, all what I wish that this coming year not take that wonderful feeling away.

2009 , 2010 or 2020,,, time goes by so fast , sometimes we get shocked with how long it's been, how the train of time is away faster than us. wish you all the best for all times

Most of us watch MBC channels , and most probably you've seen ads about the Dubai International Film Festival and MBC contest 'Movies in Motion'.

Filmmakers from almost all arab countries submitted their short movies, the interesting part of the news, the 1t winner was libyan, Mohammed Al Badri.

I've tried to find his film that won the award, but I couldn't find it , or maybe I don't have much time to look for it .

اليوم في طريق عودتي من يوم عمل مجهد، أخطئت و أدرت الراديو.. قناة الشبابية لاستمع إلى برنامج أطفال الشبابية، فقرة قصة و عبرة .. مع أني لم أفهم العبرة من القصة و لكن لنتجاهل هذا الأمر.

ما أثار غضبي و حنقي و غيرتي، أنه للأسف مقدمي البرنامج لا يتقونون الفصحى، تحرفت الكلمات وضاع جمال القصة وخُتم يومي بما يضيق به الصدر.

A comprehensive demographic study of more than 200 countries finds that there are 1.57 billion Muslims of all ages living in the world today, representing 23% of an estimated 2009 world population of 6.8 billion.

While Muslims are found on all five inhabited continents, more than 60% of the global Muslim population is in Asia and about 20% is in the Middle East and North Africa. However, the Middle East-North Africa region has the highest percentage of Muslim-majority countries. Indeed, more than half of the 20 countries and territories1 in that region have populations that are approximately 95% Muslim or greater.

More than 300 million Muslims, or one-fifth of the world's Muslim population, live in countries where Islam is not the majority religion. These minority Muslim populations are often quite large. India, for example, has the third-largest population of Muslims worldwide. China has more Muslims than Syria, while Russia is home to more Muslims than Jordan and Libya combined.

The swine flu virus first show up in Mexico in April and since then spread to 74 countries. and now, as most of you would know already, it's announced by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a global flu pandemic after holding an emergency meeting.
In libya, as I read on the libyan news sites, that they have a special committie taking care of this and working on having the needed precautions, so many questions pops in my mind, first, what are they doing as precautions? honestly I don't trust they are doing enough, and this is a personal opinion, and i might be and i hope wrong, second, we may have cases here in Libya , are all doctors in hospitals and ER & general medicine especially aware of all the information needed? we don't usually trust our doctors diagnoses, usually it's 60% correct only , how can we risk the 40% with a killing disease spreading around us? , also , no activites to educate the residents and if there is any, it's good enough , because it didn't reach me.

will this be the fashion of winter 2009?

I wonder, where is this taking us? and terrified about it, especially that I will have to travel soon .. May Allah keep you all safe.

والمقصود بالواثقون الناس اللي تتطاول بالكلمات على الإنترنت مثلا في رسالة على أحد المواقع الاجتماعية اللي أغلبنا مشترك فيها ، اليوم وصلتني رسالة من واحد، بكل ثقة يقولي (هيبو كيف حالك؟) و لما ما رديتش عليه بعت اللي بعدها يقول (وينك يا عيوني؟) ، مع وجودي على الشبكة الاكترونية لفترة طويلة لكن أنا مازال مش قادرة نستوعب هالناس !! .. هل هو اعتقاد سائد أن كل من على الإنترنت يبحث عن علاقات عابرة و الكلام المعسول و الصور و ما إلى ذلك. و لما هذا الاعتقاد سائد عند أغلب العرب؟؟؟ المشكلة إني لو فتحت حوار مع أحد من هذا النوع، فإنه يتوقع مني إني نتصرف كأنه صديق عزيز أو حبيب قديم، و مافيش بيناتنا أسرار، و ما ينفعش نقول لا.... لا و ألف لا طبعاً.

هل التواصل عبر الإنترنت أطاح بكل الأصول و الآداب؟ هل التواصل عبر الإنترنت يبيح المحظورات؟

الجزيرة نت/ خالد المهير-بنغازي: افتتح في مدينة بنغازي الليبية الثلاثاء مقهى يقدم خدمات مجانية للمكفوفين يعد الأول من نوعه في المنطقة.
ويتيح المقهى الذي يعمل بنظام "فيرغو" وهو برنامج ألماني من تعريب شركة الرؤيا لتقنيات المكفوفين تصفح المواقع الإلكترونية والتدريب على استخدام الحاسبات الآلية وبرامج التعليم المتطورة، كما يحتوي المقهى على منتدى للنقاشات والحوارات وندوات ثقافية وعلمية وفكرية.
وقد ساهمت عدة جهات أهلية وحكومية في أن يرى هذا العمل النور، وزودت شركات متخصصة المركز بأحدث خطوط الإنترنت وأجهزة الحاسوب الآلي، حيث قدرت تكاليف المشروع الأولية بحوالي 50 ألف دينار ليبي.

I received this picture on email , and I wanted to share it with you, It's about our Prophet Mohamad's name "Ahmed أحمد " , If you notice the positions we take in our prayers in order together looks like the word "أحمد" which is Ahmed.

Then I did some searches on google about something else I heard before , when they studied the old Gospel. and here is what I found ( copied and translated):

The word (Comforter) made a translation of the Greek word (Alberkulaitts), which son of Issac said about it : the Greek language is the senior of the Gospel.
And the Christians say today that in the Greek languages there are two phrases:

(1) Parakletos : which means the comforter
(2) Perekletos : which exactly has the same meaning as the arabic word " Ahmed"

Then they say : that which appeared in the Greek version of the Gospel is the first word , not the second and thus have no indication to what the Quran said that Jesus promises of Moahmmad may Allah bless him and his family , as in the Koranic verse ( and a harbinger of the messenger comes after me named ahmed )

ذكرني ما كان من الإيميل بما سمعته قبلا عن ذكر اسم الرسول " في الإنجيل" و هذا ما وجدت نقلاً:

لفظة (المعزي) جعلوها ترجمة للفظة الإغريقية (البرقليطس) التي قال عنها ابن إسحاق : أنّها باللغة الرّومية ، والإغريقية هي اللغة الأقدم للإنجيل .

: والنصارى اليوم يقولون أنّ في اللغة الإغريقية لفظتين

الأُولى : (باراكليتوس) (Parakletos) وتعني المعزّي ، المسلّي .

الثانية : (بيريكليتوس) (Perekletos) وتعني حرفياً ما تعنيه لفظة أحمد العربية .

ثم يقولون : إنّ الذي ورد في النسخة الإغريقية للإنجيل هو اللفظة الأُولى وليست الثانية وبالتالي فلا دلالة لها على ما ذكره القرآن أنّ عيسى كان قد بشّر بمحمد صلى الله عليه وآله كما في الآية الكريمة (وَمُبَشِّرًا بِرَسُول يَأْتِي مِنْ بَعْدِي اسْمُهُ أَحْمَدُ)الصف/6 .

Here I am again , posting again after long time of being away of this page. If any is wondering what happened!! .. I lost my ability to write and post, somehow, I kept myself away from this page without missing it, although I missed other bloggers I follow their blogs.

A gift from Allah , a beautiful thing happened by end of last week brought me back to life again.
It's been a busy week in the TAQNYA Exhibition, it's been a mess lately, nothing going right, but I was lucky to have good friends that helped all the way.

A fire in the neighborhood

mum's car was not working, a problem in the battery, my brother went down to make it work so mum can drive with it to work. any way me and my other brother and cousin (who came from Benghazi and staying with us for some days) went down to take the other car and start our day, we couldn't locate our brother , when looking for him, we found that there was a flat on fire, maybe some of you would hear of it , the fire in Nasr Street, the fire was burning the whole flat down and it took the fire 10 minutes to be everywhere, any way , both of my brothers went in, there was a girl stuck inside and my brother went in to get her out, he could not and he got some second degree burns. a fireman (we've met in the hospital who happened to be at the fire place too and came to the hospital l) said that my brother was lucky not to get worse burns. It was really a shock to see my brother like that, this is when you know how much you love someone , when you think you might loose him/her, I freaked out and I couldn't say a word.

After my brother got out , the firemen arrived and they got the girl out of the window using stairs, but they couldn't do anything about the fire, because the firemen truck's tanks were empty, imagine ?!! if it's empty why is it on duty? why did they take the time and effort to come to the fire place with this huge thing? Daaaah!!

Another thing , the reason of the fire, some of us thought it's because of the heaters, some of gas, the reason is more ironicly unexpected, you know now they are installing this new external watt meter for the houses in Tripoli, there was a mistake in installing it and something was missing, the wires were connected directly without passing through the part which protects the house from changing current. that morning , the current went down and suddenly up and the whole flat exploded. some of our relatives said that they had the same problem with their meter too and the collector guy warned them about that mistake, it maybe any where , if you have a new external watt meter , check it !!

These days people come and visit us for my brother , you know how it is in libya , news spread fast and you spend days making tea and coffee. I'm exhosed.

At the end , I'm glad that everybody in that house got out safe and I'm so proud of my brothers :)

When I meet someone for the first time , either I've heard about before or not, I might like him/her, by time I see new things in that person that I didn't notice in the beginning, some gain my respect , some loose it.

There some people that you just fall in love with as soon as you see them , like a crush, even if I meet them once a year or every two years, somehow I feel them close to me, I'm glad when I hear good news related to them, and feel sad and worried when something wrong or bad happens to them. I call it true love which is regardless of any factors that might affect a relationship.

I haven't meet so many people who I have this feeling for, and for those I have, I wish they know how much I love them.

I love the numbers 2 and 8 and It was a year full of surprises and wishes come true (that sounds silly, right!!)

Joy was the new friends I made this year and being closer to my old friends.

Career was the huge step and professional certifications.

Fun, I had fun more than previous years

In general , I'm satisfied with what I had this year. And optimistic about the new year, and I feel like I can do so much more :)

I have no time to write my own words about the place scpecially that it needs days to explore it all, and i've been to one place , so I copied this from a website:

We were to a horse farm there in Hartbeespoort dam , we went Quad-biking , horse riding and paintball battles, what was so special about it , that it was in the nature , not a man-made roads or yards. I enjoyed jumping with the quad-bike up in the air , the most. An experience I know I would never ever get here in libya.

National ID for abroad libyans

Regarding the National ID for the libyan living abroad, as I read, one of your closest relatives can do the paper work for you and get you an ID , and whenever you come home , you get your ID card, becuase they need your fingure print and blod type.

This is a guess for initial solution, but nothing confirmed yet, and no clear plan is announced.

The government has allready signed the contract, and they started working to make it come true.

every one of us will have a unique ID, Like a DNA, all the paper work through all the different government ministries would be identified with this ID , your passport, civil records, criminal reconrds, insurance , health, education ,,etc. we should get somewhere, where everything is digitized.

every new born will have an ID, but he/she will get an ID card when he/she is 16 years old. I'm not sure If the card would in in both lang. arabic and english , we hope , so we can use it outside.

we will have new passports too, It will be machine readable, when you hear a "teat" then your information are read.

The project cost 50 millions Euro. and the plan that the whole project shall be done by 2010

جوازات السفر الجديدة يمكن قرائتها آليا.. مما يساعد في تقليص الوقت في الانتظار أمام شباك الجوازات ( فقولوا إن شاء الله ) المشروع كلف الدولة 50 مليون يورو و المخطط انتهاء العمل منه بالكامل عام 2010. قولوا آمين.

The Wonder Cave

The Wonder Cave is an enormous cavern believed to be over two million years old and it’s the 3rd largest cavern in South Africa to be dazzled by up to 14 different cave formations of which 85% are still growing. The cave is still “alive” as almost the entire stalactite and stalagmite formations are still growing. The cave has the best example of a relatively young taluscone ( including plant, animal and other organic material that falls into a cave) Fossil remains of rodents, frogs, lizards, birds and small mammals have been found in the cave.

Location:

The wonder cave is located in the internationally known valley of Kromdraai. It is in Rhino and Lion Nature Reserve.

History:

They used to mine for gold down there in the late 19th, that’s how it was discovered, fortunately the mining didn’t ruin the formations there, but the explosions colored the top of the formations with dust. The mining stopped during the Second Boer War and never resumed again. The owner of the land where the cave exists changed three times without anyone knowing about it, until the 3rd owner who did open the cave, and announced its existence. It was officially opened to public since 1991.

Tours:

Tours are conducted by guides; there are lit pathways, no climbing or crawling. Drinkin , eating or smoking not allowed Going down: It’s a must to visit if you went to Getung, we went down 87 steps and then further 18 meters by lift, it was romantically lighted that made the formations look wooow. There you start enjoying up to 15m high of decorative formations.

Formations:

Rim stone pools, cave pearls, stalactites, stalagmites, popcorn formations, straw formations, mushroom formation (sometimes feel like it’s a jelly fish) , all these formation in the dard with the smooth lightning gives a romantic view.

Gold Reef Themed Park City - The gold mine cave

This is the fun part of that visit, we went down into the mines. It felt weird.

First, we gathered around our guide in the meeting point. gave us a brief of what we'll see, then we got into a theater to watch a video about how gold has been discovered, and how Johannesburg became a city.After the movie, we went to the elevator place to go down, they gave us helmets and lights.

we went down 250m , It was very dark and cold, we've been told that there is another gold reef (layer of earth where gold existed too), and that reef is more than 1000m, thank you Allah , we didn't go down that far.

We watched a demonstration about digging into the wall, as per the picture below, they asked us to close our ears but still the sound was horrible.

These red lines are painted by the engineers to tell the workers, the boundaries and where to dig, and where are the targets

Here are where they used to store the dynamite, they keep it in a wooden box because it is not a conducting material.

when using the explosives, the rocks fall down through wooden tunnel, and fill a metal wagen waiting down, and when it's filled it's pushed by men on the railroad, I can not imagine how they can push a ton of rocks till the exit and pull it up .

This is the supervisor desk, he counts how many worker entered the mine , and how many got out, every man who enter the mine give the supervisor a stone, when they inted to make an explosion, and they all have to get out, every worker take a stone from the supervisor and go up or far away, if there are any stones left, it means someone is still inside, and not safe to fire the explosives. you can see some flyers on the wall, it's saftey warnings.

After the boooom, they wait untill the dust setlle down, and they makes it wet, because that dust is not good if breathing it , causes diseases.

usually if they make the explosion in a level they collect the rocks in a lower level, they throw the rocks though a wooden tunnel to fill the wagen in the picture on the left.

The wooden board, the guide is holding, is full of holes, and using a strip, connected to it a wooden stick that fits into the holes, when ever a wagon is full and ready to go, they move the stick to the next hole, by that they count how many wagons is filled that day, which is equal almost to one ton.

From the rocks in this wagon , they get 4 grams of gold only, that's why gold is expensive!!

This is first aid room , if someone is hurt, it will take long time and effort that he can not give to go up to the surface, this is their local clinic.

This the EMERGENCY EXIT sign, and they took us through it , because if the power went off, we will use this exit to go up to the surface.

Don't wonder, what is this? , this is the emergency exit, when the guide told us about the emergency exit I was shocked, he told us that they had to use it the week before, I spent the rest of the time praying to Allah to keep the power on for the elevator.

It's about 1400 stairs, and takes 2 hours to get to the surface, lol , It would take me more than that.

It was a once in life experience, I enjoyed it

The internet is back , so I am. :) to finish the Gold Reef Story.

we arrived there late, and the Apartheid Museum took so much time , the reason we went there is Gold mine tour, so went searching for the place to book.

Booking for the tour and the park entrance costs 170Rand which is about 23USD, not too much I think, any way the tour was at 3 and we had to spend 45 minutes walking around the park taking photos, there was no time for playing so we just watched, and had ice cream ( a girl has to eat, lol ).It was nice, nothing special, but nice, (the park not the ice cream), the warm feeling you got through the walk is what you feel everywhere in south Africa because of the beautiful nature.

My First Weekend - Part I

My first weekend in South Africa , we went to Gold Reef Theme Park City , this city is 3 parts, the Apartheid museum, the park and the Gold Reef cave.

we went as a group, me and my brother, my college ushas (Indian), our neighbor Yaco (Dutch), Eugene and Taras (Russian). The first place we went to, is the Apartheid museum.

The Apartheid Museum is one of Johannesburg’s leading tourist attractions.
It takes you through a journey through the history of SA, and how it was during the apartheid (separation in life between black & white people and race classification), and how all that changed.

The museum consists of photographs, videos and borders.
What i didn't like in the museum, that they included the Lesbian & Gay right to get married in the struggle story. and there is a section where they put the photos of the homosexual weddings, I'm not discussing my opinion here, I'm just wondering why to include this in the story of their fight against race classification.

I passed the exam and had another week of training, and an exam today , I passed alhamdulellah.
It's been a tough week , last weekend, we visited Gold Reef City, I had bad connection last week i couldn't post the photoes, I will this weekend InShaa Allah, Don't have a clue what to do this weekend, will be back with photoes and details.

I miss Libya and all my family and friends, Miss you all.

EXAM !!

I passed my exam , or let's say I barely passed it , I don't feel like I deserve to pass, so I'm not that excited about it. any way they're not sending me home for a horrible failure and that's good.

celebrating passing the exam , me, my brother, Ushas and Eugene played cards then we went out for a walk, we are in a suburban area, so nothing but views of the hells.
I was scared at first, you know because all what we hear about the insecure in ZA. but we got home safe.

Midrand

Midrand is the city I've my training in , the first thing i noticed here that, on the road they all drive in lanes, which you don't see in Libya, it feels strange, like arranged toys.

The first course ends tomorrow , the big day , EXAM!! and I got a flue, imagine how do I feel!!

It's good to move forward, but I'd miss Neil, my instructor, he's cool and cute, and sooo kind, actually all of the guys here are kind, today they tried helping me finding the direction of Kabba. and also they tried helping me find "Halaal" food. Oh!! the food is horrible, the worst stuff i had to eat ever, alhadulellah anyway, better than nothing.

Hi every body, did you miss me !!

I miss you all , my trip to London was not that good, it was a garbage plane ( not expected from the britich airways). the nice about it , i love London from up the sky, it was just a transit so i didn't get out of the airport terminal.

the flight to Johannesburg was about 10:45 hours, can you imagine!! I slept, i watched 2 movies and i got board, i couldn't sleep again. the passport control in the airport was horrible , i still standing for 2 hours waiting.

The really special thing, is the place i'm staying in , i wouldn't wish for more , alhamdulellah.
I started my course today, it's good so far. the bad news is: I'll have a test at the end of each week.

I'll post pics for the heaven I live in as soon as I'm able to move the photos to the laptop.

A workshop in ELTEX 2008

Yesterday, I attended a workshop in the ELTEX2008, It was about using songs in the English learning classroom, and the presenter was my favorite teacher KhadijaTeri, why she’s my favorite teacher? I’ll tell you later. Anyway, she was not alone; her partner was a friend teacher of her, who I always hear about and never met, she is UT. I like the way she talks.

The workshop was good, useful and funny. Thank you both

Ooh KhadijaTeri is favorite teacher, because in her class, every minute was not a waste, I took so many many classes, I enjoyed her the most.

I got tired of study, i decided to check an arabic news site, light, interesting, and funny news I find there,, any way, i found an article about obesity and its causes, and here is the abstract of the article, excuse my translation skill, i hope i did it rightn, google helped me.

"Obesity was not quite aside from concerns of scientists medicine, where obesity is linked to many diseases; such as high blood pressure, diabetes, coronary heart disease, friction joints ...and to other diseases, in the context of attempts by scientists to overcome obesity, findings of a scientific study conducted by University College London, that suffering from obesity could be due to genes, not because of lifestyle, assuring that genes control the differences between body mass and the area around the waist by 77%.

The study showed that children who suffer from overweight or obesity, will suffer when their adulthood, increasing the risk of injury to certain types of cancer, diabetes and Clots, but despite the likelihood that obesity and overweight result of some genes, debate about the validity of this link continues to rage.

The study conducted by researchers from the Cancer Research Cell Research Centre British health behavior, with twins case, provided an opportunity comparable genetic factors factors "cultural" and Behavioral, and it appeared that the impact of lifestyle and environment is much weaker influence of genes."

After finishing this article , all what i could think of is that , now whenever mum asks me to stop eating because I became so faaat, i'll tell her "you made this to me", and it's scientifecally proved.
