I love Sushi! I'd never tried it before I moved bac to the states a few years ago. I always thought it was raw fish. lol PS just for reference sake, if you put two chopsticks together, put a rolled up peice of paper between the two ends and tie it with a rubberband, you will have beginner chopsticks!
